
Ingredients
2 Medium beetroot
2-3 carrots
1 orange squeezed
3 Tbsp tahini
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
Preparation
Peel and grate the beetroot and carrot.
Mix the tahini into the orange juice and mix through salad.
Lightly toast sesame seeds on low heat in a sauce pan (careful not to burn).
Mix seeds through salad.
