
Banana Oat Pancakes
Ingredients
2 eggs
2 egg whites
1 banana mashed
1 cup oats or fine oat bran
½-3/4 cup milk (or rice, soy)
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1tsp oil
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together with enough milk to desired consistency .
For thinner (crepe like) pancakes make batter runnier.
Heat small amount of oil in pan and add batter. Cook until bubbles start to appear then flip.
Serve with a dollop of yogurt and fresh berries or fruit of choice.
Sprinkle with LSA (optional)
