
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups oat bran
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ cup chopped dried apricots
- ½ cup chopped almonds
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
METHOD
- Mix all together and store in an air tight container.
- To serve add rice/soy/light milk or yogurt
- 1 dessertspoon LSA or flax oil can be added
- Small serve fresh berries (optional)
* To improve digestability muesli can be soaked overnight in water or apple juice (bircher style) and add a pinch of cinnamon
