Motivation

I have tried to lose weight before and always lose interest after a couple of weeks, how will your program help me?

Often people attempt a new diet or a Boot Camp or a Weight Loss Challenge. The problem with these types of weight loss programmes is they require you to make a dramatic change that is often difficult. If you are highly motivated you can hang in there to complete the programme, but then fall flat once the programme is finished because it is not sustainable. The difference with the BodyImpress programmes, is that we make a small change to start. And then when you and your body accept that change, we bring in another change to increase the intensity. Along the way, we teach you the principles of good fitness and nutrition so you have the understanding that Boot Camps and Weight Loss Challenges simply do not provide.

Before you know it you have adopted a lifestyle change that is not something different in your life, it is just part of your life.

As you go through these changes, our Fitness Mentors are there to support you.

How do I maintain my results when my 16 week program is finished?

Our programs are designed to teach you how to make that lifestyle change with minimum fuss and maximum enjoyment. We teach you underlying principles as well as ensuring you are intrinsically (internally) motivated ensuring you are able to maintain your results.

So, to maintain your results you simply continue to adopt the lifestyle you have been accustomed to whilst applying the principles you have learnt.
