Preparation

Before you begin the registration process, you will need to be prepared. The registration process will take around 15-20 minutes. Please ensure you have sufficient time now. If you do not have the time now, please come back and register when you do have the time.

To start the registration process, we need to conduct some Health Screening and Fitness Assessment activities. These activities form the Pre-Assessment component of your Long Term Plan. You will need a tape measure handy.

After registration is complete you will need to:

• Validate your email account. So make sure you have access to your email.
• Arrange for payment for your programme on our secure site. We accept Direct Bank Transfers, PayPal and payments by Cheque.
