Our online fitness programme is offered at NZD$399 per person and you can join at any time.

The programme will encompass our full 12-week course fully supported by our Fitness Mentors. You can participate in the pilot programme from anywhere in the world.

Programme Aims

The aim of the BodyImpress programme is primarily to give you an understanding of core Fitness and Nutrition principles that you can use for the rest of your life.  This is achieved through an educational component that supports your learning in parallel with your physical training. Equal weight is given to your understanding of nutrition and planning for your eating habits.

However, every individual is different and has different requirements. You are unique. Therefore it is important that whilst prinicples provide the underlying guidance for what you do, you need to take into account your unique strengths, weaknesses and preferences. That is why BodyImpress is delivered to meet your specific needs.

Health Screening and Fitness Assessments

The programme begins with some Health Screening and Fitness Assessment preliminary activities:

This ensures our Fitness Mentors fully understand your individual needs and aspirations.

Our 16-week programme can be thought of in three distinct time-frames, a long term plan, a number of medium term plans and a number of short term plans.

Long Term Plan

The long term plan provides the overall structure for the 16-week programme. The long term plan begins with a pre-assessment component and is then split into three core Phases. Each Phase can consist of markedly different activites depending on your needs and how well you have coped with the programme to date and previous phases.

Your fitness mentor defines the path you will take but always aligns to this overall structure so you and your mentor both understand where you are at.

We deliver the BodyImpress programme in Phases developing good habits early on and gradually increasing your intensity as you progress. Be assured we will not deliver you a programme that you cannot cope with.

Medium Term Plans

Medium term plans provide you with an outline of a specific Phase of your training. A Medium Term Plan includes frequency and type of training. They often present details such as the type of daily training you are going to do over a period of weeks, e.g. ratio of cardio to weight training workouts during Phase One Conditioning (4 weeks).

Short Term Plans

Short term plans are essential to your progress. These plans provide you with details of your daily workout (weight training, cardio training and nutritional plans). As an example, for weight training, the short term plans include duration of workouts, content such as exercises performed, sets, reps, weight, recovery, intensity and notes. It is important especially in the early stages of training to keep track of your progress, and you will use this information to individualise your training with our support.

Nutritional Plan

Our nutritional plans consist of educating you on the different food groups, foods to avoid and foods that provide the most nutrition. We take into account your personal nutritional requirements to provide specific nutritional advice relevant to you. We encourage you to take action immediately by conducting a blitz on your kitchen pantry!

Our nutrition plan embraces everyday foods that are readily available. In addition, we give you a thorough understanding of your nutritional requirements, so that you are empowered to maintain a healthy diet well after you finish the BodyImpress programme.
